Twice I was stranded without a rental vehicle from Enterprise (across the street from Davidson) while my car was going to be repaired and Davidson was unable to help. Then in the end I was able to leave the rental car at Davidson because I was told that is where they get all of their rentals...yet they never once offered to help me in dealing with Enterprise.
In addition, it was never explained that my vehicle may need to stay overnight and as a working parent, that was a huge imposition on my family.
