Araceli was very punctual in keeping me updated with my car, as well as ensuring things were handled with the insurance company. If there is a text message based system for the end of services, it may be convenient for updates during service as well. The emails worked equally fine.

There's oil on the passenger side floor mat and the drivers side floor mat is broken now. The screw that held the mat down is broken and on the floor. Whoever worked on my car ate sunflower seeds and got them in my car and left the bag they came in in my car. There is a fine gritty film all over the inside of my car with no attempt to clean it. The work itself seems to have been done well. But I don't appreciate leaving the inside of my car dirty and not disclosing someone broke my floor mat and getting grease/oil on the other.
