Communication and service were both extremely poor. IFM performed a horrendous job and was prepared to present my vehicle back to me as "complete" with a half **** job.
- touch up paint on a brand new bumper
- improperly mounted fog light
- no spoiler
- est. time of repair was 5 days, it took 17 and I never received a spoiler. The advised resolution for this was for me to go somewhere else and have a spoiler installed on my own time and expense.

I I had droped off my car to get my bumper fixed on monday thursday we go to pick up the car and the headlight was installed incorect due to ordering an aftermarket headlight. The geico rep was disrespectful and treated me and my wife very rude. The shop ordered a replacement headlight from the manufactuer and it fit like new but in the.process scrached my new bumper. This is the worest experiance ever I cant belive that a body shop can deliver a car twice. I would like to get the scraches fixed but idk what else they will mess up.this is the worest experience ever.if some one reads this and actualy cares about the customers at imf please contact me @***-***-****
