I have only one problem. I have 6 AM stations and 12 FM stations on my radio. Every one of them was changed. You might suggest that they stop doing that and get themselves their own radio.

You must be kidding even to ask. The car was not ready twice when promised. When returned the key did not work and you blamed me. You never communicated problems as they came up, just covered them up and it took more than a month to get the car back. On a scale of one to ten you get a five because the body work was OK, but the rest was ridiculous and the level of frustration and inconvenience to me was very high. My looks like new. Your team is very profession and delivered my car on time, by the second date given.
My only con would be your automated message system. I received several that said in the first week we were right on schedule and almost ready for pickup but a new bumper had not even been located yet. I felt, an email, text and voice mail several times a day is too much especially when the work hadn't been started.
With that being said, I'm still very happy with the service and love my car again.

though the job was done very well, I initially received a text stating that the job was going to be completed on 5/24 rather than 5/28 asprojected. On 5/24 in the morning; i received a text saying it would likely be done by 12 as anticipated. when i arrived at 1pm, i was told that the car would not be ready. very confusing
