Everything was too notch until I picked up my vehicle to discover that the bumper that was replaced was ill fitting. I then discovered that the replacement bumper was kit a genuine Lexus bumper but some "knock off". I had made a point if insisting that if I used geico's recommended repair shop, that the repair must be up to Lexus standards, since this is a leased vehicle and must be returned in perfect condition. I was assured that this would be so, only to discover that an inferior bumper was used on my car. I waiting to hear confirmation that this will be resolved by replacing my bumper with the real item
