The repair looks great. Everyone is very nice in your office, and overall it was a good experience.
One thing that I'm unhappy with is the way the interior windows had been cleaned. When I was driving home from work the night after I picked up the car (tonight), I could barely see out the windows. It looked like a dirty rag had been rubbed every which way on the windows. The car is only 3 months old, and the inside of the windows were perfectly fine when I brought it in. I don't know if dust or whatever was stuck to the inside of the windows, so I'm not sure why the interior windows needed to be wiped at all.

AS I was driving home something was rattling on and off under the car--assuming it was the exhaust system that was replaced. Also, a lot of smoke was
coming out of exhaust pipe at traffic light. Will drive it again-- and will bring it back if it continues.
Also, the repair took to long.
In addition, I was told on WEd.. before Thanksgiving the bumper would
be replaced by a manufacturer bumper. BUt, actually after pick up-it
was replaced by another after market. Not that it matters--just want consistent information from IFM. I would not have found out this information if I did not ask.
