I was mostly satisfied with my experience. I thought the repair work was excellent, the employees of IFM and GEICO were friendly and helpful and the communication about the status of the repair work was very helpful. However, I arrived when IFM opened at 7:30 AM to pick up my car and waited almost 30 minutes to get the car. That was unsatisfactory to me. Also, I thought the constant communication via phone call, e-mail and text message was a little too much and bordered on annoying.

Car damage repair looks great! Chris did a nice job taking time to explain everything, thank you! Communication updates were nice to have an idea of what was going on with my car. As soon as I was driving, I noticed my steering wheel now has a good scratch in upper area, slight scratch on left side and more worn that what I remember. I am waiting for an answer back soon. The ceiling fabric was also pulled out, but Chris was able to repair on site. I've also now noticed while driving, there is a pull to the left and a certain wobble on the driver side of car while going 35-40mpg that was not there before. I will call tomorrow to followup on the wobble as I have not reported that yet. Thanks. Laurie M

I was disappointed that the car was not ready on the day promised. I was obliged to do without my car for 9 days, which was too long. As far as I can tell so far, the body work is satisfactory. Everyone was courteous, and I appreciated being kept advised of status on a regular basis.
