I would like to have been kept better involved with what was going on. For instance, the estimate was sent to USAA and USAA paid it - and I never saw the estimate until after it was paid! I had to call and ask you to send me a copy.
I was supposed to get daily eMails, and none came through until the last day or so.
I now hear that you would have delivered the car to me when it was completed - no one ever offered that.
I thought Dave did a great job when we spoke in person.
