We thought you all did a great job. Everyone was very friendly and professional and we appreciated the updates. My only complaint would be that you had the car too long. I have had other more complicated car problems and it never took so long to fix. 9 days is a long time to be out a car. I doubt that out car was being worked on the entire time it was there. I am sure u are working on multiple cars at the same time. I think you could do a better job of scheduling so as not to have to keep the car so long. Otherwise, everything went well. Thank you!!!
