The folks at IFM were great. They kept me informed of progress, helped me get rental car coverage while my car was in the shop and the finished product looks great, plus they were always couteous and pleasant. I'm thinking about switching my insurance to GEICO so that I would use them again, if needed.

I think there is a small bump on the side of the car and the mirror in the new housing is vibrating when I'm driving.I just wanted to test it to make sure it was a problem before bringing it back.

Good mornin IFM; I would give my experience with IFM a 9.95 out of 10. The only reason I even mention it is because I can see that you are completely comitted to delivering a hassle free experince while delivering superb service and workmanship. So this is wny I didn't give you a 10 out of 10. In the trunk, the left side cargo net was not reconnected to its mounts. It took me 15 seconds to reattach it but, like I said above, I wouldn't have mentioned it but I know you guys seek erfrction and you are 99.5% there, as far as I am concerned.

The job was done well, When I went to pick up the car I had to wait 45 minutes as no one seemed to know where the car was. The help in the office kept apologizing for the wait they gave me a Dunkin Donut gift card.

I can see tiny bubbles in the paint :-( The representative who I spoke with (Dave dellentash) offered to also touch up a dent under the rear windshield wiper at no additional cost and send me home with a small bottle of touch up paint. I thought that was very generous so I didn't present my card that I got from speeders car wash for a discount of the estimate. I regret that I made that decision.
