The driver's side door on my 2001 Porsche was damaged by an unknown perpetrator. I was concerned about the repair matching the original 13 year-old paint. The repair was perfect, including the paint matching the rest of the car. I also want to add that Dave and all of the other employees I met are wonderful. I liked the way that you sent e-mail communications aboutthe status of the repairs. The repair shop was very nice and the customer service people were very friendly and polite and efficient. Also, the repairs seem very good. Happy with all o fthat. However, my one complaint is the the interior of the car was pretty dusty/dirty. Had I to really clean the inside of the car very well with wipes (dashboard, interior windows and vaccum out the seats). You did shampoo our rugs, which was nice, but I am going to assume that that was done only because they somehow got pretty filthy during the repairs.

The folks at IFM were great. They kept me informed of progress, helped me get rental car coverage while my car was in the shop and the finished product looks great, plus they were always couteous and pleasant. I'm thinking about switching my insurance to GEICO so that I would use them again, if needed.
