Working meticulously with the adjuster assigned by GEICO in a way that reinforces my confidence in IFM--I deliberately chose you again when our sedan was damaged on I-95 by a flying slice of a large tire--you impressively study what has to be repaired and what has to be replaced, develop a schedule for the work, execute the repairs, obtain the parts (which may be a challenge for a 2004 vehicle), and complete the work WHEN PROMISED. What more can a customer ask? I would prefer not to have an accident that brings me to IFM, but, if I have an accident, it is comforting to know that you folks can be counted on for 1st class work, punctuality, and thoughtfulness.
