When I arrived to pick up my car, it had been ready before the expected date and I found it had been fully washed and detailed. And it smelled good! The body work I was actually there for came out perfect. I am 110% satisfied with IFM. I am thrilled. I would absolutely recommend your services to any of my friends and family.

Slow, multiple delays, featuring 5 different expected completion dates. Poor communication with customer - regularly promised to call back at a specific time and then did not. I had to follow up in order to get clarity on the process. The work they did seems fine, but the overall process of working with IFM was highly disappointing

The text updates are nice, but I'd rather be called with information about my car so that i can ask questions. I felt like communication wasn't great. I was tolD my car would be ready on the 24th and then it wasnt ready until 5 days later and i was never told why. Thats 5 extra days i had to pay for a rental car. Also, i was sent an estimate with one price and when i went to pick it up i was charged something else and its still unclear to me why that is. The work on the car itself seems fine.
