When I dropped the vehicle off, the front door was blocked. I waited for 20 minutes thinking the place was closed. I started wandering around the front waiting for the place to open, but it took another customer to tell me the front door was broken by a windstorm and you have to go around. They could have put a sign up saying to use another entrance.
