Jaime Alvarez greeted me May 20th after a fender bender and guided me through the initial paper work and was very friendly. He helped me understand what to expect and when to expect my car to be finished. On May 24th my car was fully repaired and completely cleaned & washed. Jaime was there to finish the paper work, show me the car and even return my rental car. Prestigious went far beyond what I expected. Jaime was professional. I strongly recommend Prestigious Auto Body.

Very disappointed in the work or rather incomplete work on my car. Stereo does not work. Console does not work. Airbags turned off. Incomplete work on touchups and Lexus emblem for back of my vehicle Front of my car is scraped up. The Inside of car was not properly cleaned.... I want to speak to a manager about all of this
I have brought my cars in for repairs for many years and have never had a single complaint......in the past I have had A+ service......not today.....I am quite unhappy

I was satisfied with the repair of the sunroof but was very disappointed to find that the passenger side seatbelt retractor mechanism had been damaged (part of the mechanism was shoved up inside another part) and a leather component of the emergency break was pulled off and left discarded in the vehicle. I was able to repair both issues myself but was upset with the lack of care and consideration demonstrated to my vehicle while it was being repaired. Frankly looked like it had been handled very roughly.

Prestigious Auto Body was helpful from start to finish. After backing up into someone, I was feels my very disappointed and stressed out. When I got to the shop, paperwork was ready for me to sign, the rental car was already there, and I left and got on with my day within half an hour! My car was ready within the week. The paint job was silky smooth. My 2008 Civic looks new. I can’t say enough about the people who helped me! They were caring, efficient, and accurate about their service and when my car would be ready. Lucky me. ????
