Although, I know that with anything, unexpected situations present themselves, I feel that my vehicle was not deemed a total loss in a reasonable amount of time. The entire repair was suppose to take 20 business days, and my vehicle was not deemed totaled until it had been at the shop for 40 business days. This, in my opinion, seems extreme and is why I was not completely satisfied with my experience with Tri-Lakes Collision.

Brad was extremely thorough about the process of examining my car and explaining the estimate. Bill kepted me informed of the repair status. My car looks great...and when I needed additional parts, that was all explained and transparent. In addition, Bill and the staff were kind and friendly and completely cleaned the car inside and outside. They washed my car twice because it had rained right before I picked it up.

Seriously has to be the best experience I've ever had when it comes to car anything! The added finishing touches (polish and even vacuuming my car) just sent this whole experience over the top. 10/10 for sure. The only thing that I will have to contact them about is the airbag light is now on, when it wasn't previously. But other than that, I honestly couldn't be happier.
