My experience with Tim and Jim's Auto Body was excellent! The daily updates were much appreciated and made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. All staff members in the office were helpful and explained the pick-up process fully. My car looks great - I am very happy with my experience!

The bumper was replaced, but it wasn't installed properly, and there is a small divot on the bumper which is down to the base. Don't know how that could be there if it's new. I took a picture. Will go back to have them look at it. The work was not well done.

I was told the repairs to my car would take a day. After the end of the second day still haven't heard from anyone about the status of my car I called in. Then was told I would get a call the following morning. The fourth day still not hearing anything back I called again and said they would call me back later when my car was done. I got a call around 450 pm stating my car was done but I have to wait another day to get it cus they are closed. So unprofessional. Didn't like how I kept having to call to get updates or try to get updates and just hear oh well have to call you back.
