Original estimate of repair time was almost doubled , for no clear reason. I would appreciate honesty in the beginning, if you don't think you can complete the work in 5 days, don't say so.
One of the things that needed to be fixed was the windshield liquid washer pump. It was apparently fixed, but there was no liquid in there at the pick up time. The manager came out and filled it for us. Just surprised that it was not filled even the paperwork says it was. I think the work needs to be completed before checking it off.
Overall people were really polite and helpful, and the repairs seem to be done well.
