After the third trip in. The van door does not close properly. The inside of my van was coated in dust, I am sure when someone picks up their car it is not coated in dust. Very poor service. Staff were very friendly, result was unsatisfactory.

The car exterior was repaired and cleaned. I truly appreciate that. However there were essentially 3 things that had to be repaired. One was the turn signal. Apparently no one bothered to check and see if it actually worked prior to releasing the car. Customer service was spotty at best. People seemed to prefer standing around and talking or just sitting at their desk rather than assist me. I don't get in accidents often but I certainly won't be coming back here.
