This was my first experience with a mechanic and I have to say it was a great experience. Everyone I spoke to from the mechanics to the office personnel was courteous and friendly and more importantly my car was well taken care off. I think they even sprayed an air freshener in the car which was a nice final touch.
Additionally there was a sense of trustworthiness and transparency in all my dealings with them. I can see why they are highly rated and I can confidently concur with all the other good reviews out there. Keep up the good work!

Wow! That’s all I can say. “Baby Doll” looks better after World Auto Body fixed and detailed her up than she did brand new off the lot. I’m not even kidding. I appreciate the attention to detail and insistence on BMW OEM parts for the repair - only the best. It was even completed a day earlier than expected. They even hyper-detailed my interior, organized my crap in the trunk, and - this is an important auto shop pet peeve of mine usually - you guys left all of my sport seat and mirror positions in tact. That’s classy. God forbid I need to come see Vitaly and crew again, but if I do, I know my wheels will be in great hands. I’m 1000% satisfied and won’t hesitate to tell my friends!
