You sent me an e-mail that said you would keep me posted, but did no. I had to call to find out the estimated finish date. on that date I had to call to find that you had found more damage then the original estimate and the estimated finish date had moved. I had to call a third time to find out the parts had arrived and the estimated finish date.
If you tell someone your going to keep them updated, please do so.

No communication for a month until I called... They then said my car would be ready Friday and it wasn't but no call to follow up. Nothing Monday till late Tuesday I was told it was ready. I am dealing with a district realignment at work and couldn't make the business hours on Wednesday. Woke up Thursday to a rude call demanding to know why I didn't pick it up that day and she hung up without saying by or anything further. And then I got in my car and its filthy with dust and white foamy stain on my odometer screen. Other than that repairs and manager are great.

You should not pile the parts of the car from an accident inside the car when a person may need to retrieve personal property. You made it very difficult to get my belongings and the parts of the car were to heavy for me too lift. Very poor customer service.
