There was additional scratches when I picked up my car. He blamed it on adjuster not seeing them when dropping it off. So I had them call the adjuster so he could give his side of story. They did fix it after a little bit of arguing. Really don't have much faith in porter after this incident and previous incident when was rude to my wife a few years ago. Figure i would give you another shot but clearly same result.

When I went to pick up my car, I noticed the trunk lid was not lined up, After the trunk lid was fixed, I found the driver seat belt was not screed back on. I had to have the car returned for the belt to be connected.
