With my first arrival to obtain my vehicle I was demanded to pay before I even saw the work done to my vehicle. The girl was also more worried about what she would be oWhen I looked over my vehicle I found multiple defects in the work done. When I arrived back the second time I still saw the same issues which was told to me they would fix and still didn't. When I took my vehicle home and further inspected my car under the hood I noticed they cracked a bracket on the headlamp they replaced. I am completely appalled by the service and the customer service that was received. My hood and fenders are out of alignment and the cracked bracket on my new headlight show me how much this body shop cares about their clients.
