My experience was great from the ladies at the front desk who was nice and polite, to**** Slovin, Barry **** and all the repair men who made sure my vehicle was fixed perfectly. I truly do appreciate all of your kindness. I saw a spot and my car was immediately taking to the back to be fixed. Great Service!

It would be good to reiterate with the client all the terms of his/her coverage that may apply to their accident claim.For instance a hit and run case is not the same as an underlying or uninsured motorist case.Just an example I have no regrets and am happy with the outcome. But I was not prepared beforehand to spend so much money to have my minor damages repaired as a result of needing the rental car. Otherwise I am pleased with the service provided.

The reason I am not satisfied with the service at Porter is that while my car was being serviced I was notified about recall on the airbags for my vehicle. I was told that the car would be taken to Honda (Martin Honda) to have the airbags replaced, which would be a great service. When I went to pick up my car I noticed that the front tire had not been replaced not had the driver-side mirror been fixed. Those are minor and cosmetic oversights, which did not bother me. However, the next day I happened to take my car to Honda for an oil change. I was told that I had missed an appointment for the airbag recall. Imagine if I hadn't taken my car for an oil change, I would have been under the impression that my airbags were safe and fixed, because Porter made the appointment and called me to tell me that the car would be taken to Honda. Now imagine if I were in an accident and the airbags on my car did not deploy and my passenger were injured or worse killed. Then if it were revealed that it was because Porter did not fulfill its commitment to me to have the airbags fixed, the consequences would be of a very serious nature. Do not make promises you cannot keep when it may have life-threatening consequences.
