The texting of updates doesn't send the correct information. Once I recieved a text, later on I called to ask a question regarding the info and I was told on the phone something totally different from the text. I was told that is a normal thing that "the system" is who sends the text not them. Something or someone needs to address this because all it does is make holders out to be dishonest.
