Poor customer service. After waiting a week for my agent to call me, I called myself. I was told my parts were in but my agent was not and I'd need to call back. This went on for three days before they finally agasined me to someone else who also failed to call me. Again I had to call to be told when I could bring my car in. The part was sitting there for a week, all I wanted was for someone to tell me when I could bring the car in. No one told me how long the repair would take until I started receiving the text updates. I go in to pick up my car after two weeks and the front desk lady had me waiting while she helped everyone that came in after me, she then helped me herself, stating she'd forgot my agent went on his lunch break. So much waiting and so little communication. Bumper looks nice though.

Reggie was very patient and attentive to all the little details. They had a big backlog from the hailstorm, and it wasn't the easiest or fastest repair. I finally got my car fixed and returned to its original shape.

I had been waited on by another person and was told to come on 10-28
To leave my car for repairs. I arrived & was told that I was not scheduled
Nor were parts ordered. I asked to speak to the manager & Reggie came
Talk to me & apologize, after much discussion he told me that would call me later that day as to when parts would on & I could bring my car back. He did what he said & kept me informed as to progress. Insurance had estimated 15 bus days & he delivered in 13, even staying after 6:00 for me. Also helped retrieving garage door opener when left in rental car, he was still working when I returned for opener answering phone after hours to help me.
