Overall, my experience was pretty good. On a scale of **** to 5, 5 being the best, i give gunn a 3. Reason being is that on the repair that was done to my vehicle, a screw is loose. I notified brian **** of this when we inspected the vehicle when i went to pick it up. He took it to the back, for the guys to fix it. I waited some more and he brought the vehicle back. Says it was fixed. Me, TRUSTING him, said ok, and i drove off. I checked my vehicle again when i got home, and the screw is still loose. It is a minor thing..for now, but what if it falls off later on and water/mud starts seeping in because that part is loose and causes some damage? If i take it back at that time, gunns answer is going to be..well we don't have any responsibility, thats wear and tear. It was a minor accident that i had. According to brian, the whole bumper was replaced. I dont understand how if you got a whole new part, you can't fit it properly in place? Isnt that what collision repair is suppose to do? Also, one of the employees, left small boxes with their personal receipts, in my trunk. From some bike shop? Were they driving around in my car for their personal use?
