-Our service managers Reggie Rainey and Chris Haas were professional and competent in handling the entire process,
-We were kept inform on the status of repair work during the the three days it was in the shop. The text communications were superb.
-The repair was done in a timely manner and the car looks like it did when newly purchased.

Reggie Rainey was my customer service representative. I felt like he was thorough and professional in his explanations of repairs on my car. He gave me a time frame estimate for repairs and was punctual in letting me know when the time needed to be extended. It turned out my car was ready a day ahead of that estimate and the repairs made looked good. I couldn't really tell that repairs had been made. I would use Gunn Collision repairs in the future.
