I left my car with you for a week to replace my front bumper and then I drive off only to find my passenger side view mirror busted!!! Still waiting to hear from someone from sudbay about rectifying and fixing my side view mirror which was DEFINITELY NOT busted when I left MY CAR in your hands!

I am extremely satisfied with the work done, the respectful way I was treated, and the careful explanation of needs and process - prior to work happening and during the extended time that followed. Although lengthy repair time following an accident is certainly a frustration, the process was manageable given the level of care and attention I have come to expect from Sudbay GMC.
