Hello Bob, Dale, & Kenna - It has been so icy up here in Cocolalla that I really have not been able to test drive my 2002 Toyota 4Runner following the accident and repairs. All the staff were great to work with. Couple items though:
I picked truck up at 5 on 31st and took off for South Dakota early next morning. While getting in and out of truck here every so often the drivers door is binding on a plastic front quarter liner and clicking. I'll be back week of 12th and bring it in....hopefully there's a simple adjustment to how the door hangs.
Secondly, I'd suggest either do away with your email progress reports or keep them up to date. I got one email saying that the truck would be done on the morning of the 30th, then a follow up a few days later saying things were on schedule and I'd be notified if anything changed. When I went in on the afternoon of the 30th I was informed that the truck wouldn't be ready till the 1st. I was chomping at the bit to get on my way for a planned trip and was a little frustrated, but I do appreciate the efforts made to get it done by end of business on the 31st.
