I had my Acura MDX in for the tailgate and tailgate glass. The job was supposed to involve either replacing the tailgate with a new tailgate or one from a wrecker (I was oaky with that).
It appears that it was actually my old tailgate that was repaired as I noticed bits of my duct tape on the inside of the tailgate. The paint job on the tailgate was mostly quite good but some small spots were missed on the upper portion of the tailgate. I´ll pick up a bottle of touch-up from the dealer to deal with that.
Regardless of that, I found that all the Quattro staff were very professional and helpful.

I would have liked getting my car back as promised instead of another day in the shop. My plans would have included a rental. That one inconvenience takes yr rating down from a 10 to an 8.

My car is still making a loud rattling noise, but your staff were dismissive and condescending even after I brought it back.
I found it insulting to be told the rattling nose was my golf clubs or markers in my trunk. You should be embarrassed to treat customers that way.
