My repairs took longer tha esti given. I would have preferred Gary to have estimated time more appropriate. I also received my vehicle back with my custom setting to have been cleared and altered. i.e., seats, mirrors, headlights, back up camera and radio. I did have to wait a couple months to get repairs done. Staff was welcoming, professional, and polite. Once car was dropped off for repairs Gary remained in constant communication providing updates every day once the initial timeframe had passed due to waiting for a part from Subaru. He facilitated a convenient retrieval of my car including information for return of my rental and payment over the phone. I have use Hild in the past, will use again and would recommend Hild to others.
