Steve Wilson handled our claim and did a fabulous job. He made a extremely stressful time and situation smooth and easy to deal with. He forwarded information to the officer handling my case. He kept us updated on our vehicle and the time line. He made sure to communicate with the insurance company and rental company to make sure we were taking care of and satisfied with services. I was devastated when I hit the deer. Only had the car for 35 days and about 500 miles. Jason made me feel good about leaving the car and when it was time to pick it up on a Friday, he spent time with me going over the repair. Had to take it back on Monday for a little extra buff on the replaced fender (about 15 minutes) but am very happy about the work and overall experience at Hild. Thank you!
