I had to call to get updates on my vehicle even after I was told it will be ready in 10 days. Mark was very nice. The person that picks up the phone was very rude and when I called back, didn't pick up and continued to send me to voicemail. Very unprofessional. I got a phone call stating they needed the wheel lock key and I had to get that from Acura. I had to call Acura and obtain that and Acura was nice enough to bring that key to liberty. I had to go back again because my head lights were not working properly and the technician stated he looked on YouTube to try to correct the problem initially instead of calling Acura dealership. They took my car for an additional day and brought it to the Berlin dealership which they resolved. When I retrieved my vehicle my car had no gas and it was more than half when I brought the vehicle. I would prefer next time hopefully there isn't one, going to Acura dealership.

My car was at your shop for 5 days, when I picked it up it wouldn't start. I manger said it was an old battery and needed to be changed. Maybe if they turned the car on during the 5 days it wouldn't have died, I did get a new battery before taking the car home. It would have been nice to get a discount on the battery. Thank you.
