James was such an absolute pleasure to work with. I was incredibly overwhelmed with this process (I've never had significant damage to my car/filed an insurance claim) and he was patient, transparent and incredibly kind to me. We were also very impressed to find our car in even better shape than we expected and they cleaned the car for us! When I found out they did car inspections, oil changes, etc. it made me realize I will forever be a customer of theirs thanks to their integrity.
