I was not informed of the status of my car at all. The email "updates" were completely inaccurate of when my car would be ready. I had to call every day to find out what was going on. Then I received a snotty voicemail telling me that my car was done the previous day (no one told us via phone or email) and that the insurance company wasn't going to pay for the rental car after that day. There were 2 broken car parts in my back seat and paint buckets. I will never use Precision again.

Although needing to have a damaged car repaired is painful, coming to Precision made the experience pleasant. Everyone, from the gracious office staff to the skilled technicians, was very friendly and helpful. They provided delay updates on the status of the repair, and they arranged for the rental vehicle to be there when the car was dropped off.
