Sorry to complain however it seems that here are some fasteners missing in the rear bumper repair also I questioned the shop employee about a dent and scratch left un-repaired at the rear hatch door . I thought this damage was caused by the accident because I had no knowledge of it prior to the accident on 7/3/24 I may be mistaken about this damage so I'll have to accept your honest decision
