The chips on the hood were not repaired. I told Fritts they were caused by the collision and not there before the collision. Fritts Ford told me it paint plisters, a known problem with bad paint jobs done by Ford Motor, and not caused by the collision. I called my insurance company and they said they were not aware of any issues with chipped paint on the hood and Fritts did not contact them regarding the hood. The front end damage went from under the front bumper all the way up the grill to the damaged hood. I have owned Fords for 41 years and I will never buy another.
