My car, a 2008 Infiniti EX35 was done very in a very professional manner. The only complaint was regarding my insurance company, Liberty Mutual, who insisted on an after-market bumper. Diamond Auto had to return four re-lacement bumpers because they were either an incorrect bumper or damaged and unusable.

I was satisfied with the appearance of my Jeep after the repairs. Bart was easy to work with. I was not happy with Liberty Mutual. Where the crash was not my fault and the money for the repairs was not coming from my Insurance Company I believe the damage warranted a new bumper, not a repair job!
