Service was great. Workmanship was great. Communication not so much. I received the same email several days apart and even got one telling me my car was ready for pickup several days after I had picked it up. All things considered, I will definitely use your shop again if the need arises.

The team was very helpful and responsive - unfrotunately I must return because parts were missing in the repair. I would recommend them despite this error. And challenge with husbands car as well. They resolved but again would have loved to been whole the first time

I was hoping that you wouldn't ask me about my service . Ive had my truck at your shop twice and the first time i was very impressed with the work that was done to my truck. The second time completely different service. I was told my insurance company paid for one headlight for my truck so i have a brand new headlight and a old headlight. The problem i have is no one ever called to see if I would like to pay for the other headlight so that my truck wouldn't look ridiculous. My truck was completely dirty inside and out my door handle was put on sloppy and to top all that off i was told my truck was ready to go, i turn my rental in and rode to your shop only to hear we haven't done the alignment yet and its going to have to be done on Monday , so i have two days to ride around in a truck that was involved in a front end accident with not even a front wheel alignment done. On monday two days later you keep my truck from morning to noon to do a four wheel alignment that turned out to be off still. I learn this from putting tires on my truck the same day from a tire shop. Thank you for paying for the alignment but i am a completely unsatisfied customer. I felt like my truck was rushed and done any type of way and their is a few things im leaving out like having compound still on my passenger window but i wrote your business a great review the first time and told my insurance company how great off a job your shop did. So i truly hope you understand the frustration i have now, i guss i exspected better from your shop. So im going to do your business a solid i wont write any reviews on how i felt my service was at your shop or how i felt as customer . I explained this to your business in this text because you asked.
