My wife said that your tech who came in on Saturday corrected a rattle issue in the left rear passenger door, that was caused by the power window wires that were not properly secured. He told her it was an aftermarket addition and he found it, secured it and it made my wife extremely happy since she is in Lynchburg Va. While I'm deployed to Puerto Rico working on the hurricane Maria reconstruction with FEMA. Thank you for taking care of the repairs. Keeping us updated constantly on the progress and making this whole situation a simple and stress free for my wife. Great job! Superior customer service!!!
