Receptionist was very pleasant, explained the ongoing process very nicely. Mike, the damage estimator was very thorough as well. He explained exactly what was going to happen to repair the car. Really appreciated the mechanic, who worked on the vehicle, replaced the Philips head licence plate screws with a much easier to remove bolt. Thanks to the entire crew. In person and on the phone, the workers are all very professional and nice. However, I did not take home my vehicle today. The reason was that when I went to leave, my steering wheel was extremely difficult to maneuver. They had the mechanic take a look, and they said he test drove it. I did not personally see the mechanic, but was told after he test drove it he thought there was an air bubble in the power steering line from when they disconnected it, and it improved after he test drove it when assessing the complaint. I was disappointed again as I went to drive my car again in the parking lot and had extreme difficulty and resistance trying to turn the wheel, especially into a parking space. It was a very obvious steering issue so I left feeling disappointed at the mechanic’s steering assessment. He notes they’re was an issue with it, but it was clearly not normal again after he test drove it. This car has not had a power steering issue ever before the accident. I left feeling a little better about my experience at Fuller since they offered me a rental, since I was paying out of pocket for 3 weeks already for my other rental. I just hope my car drives normally like it did before the accident after Fuller takes it to the Honda dealer for an evaluation since it was missed by the appraiser and mechanic.

The end result was great. There were a few delays along the way but it all worked out ok. Thank you
