Very impressed with the customer service and the whole process from start to finish. They kept me informed on the progress on my vehicle throughout the time it was in their care via text messages. A thorough explanation and walk through was done at pick up and everything looked great!

I was not notified that my car was ready until I called. There was no communication from Tuesday morning when I dropped it off until I called Thursday at 4pm. If I had not called, I would not have been able to pick it up until Tuesday as I work on Friday 7-6:30 , your shop is closed on weekend and I work on Monday. I would have incurred 4 additional days of car rental cost. Car looks good, but wish the pick up had been what I was promised.
