I only interacted with Tony and Lauren but they both did an excellent job communicating updates, answering questions and explaining how the process would work. My car was close to being totalled & when it was returned it looked amazing! I appreciate all the work that was done behind the scenes and although at first I was a little reluctant to take a Honda to a Chevy dealership, Frank Galos exceeded all expectations. Thank you -

Vehicle does not operate properly. Alignment is still off and caused an additional tire to pop. I still have to fix the car apparently at my cost to get it back in good working condition.Thanks Marc Galos

Working with Tony Viera is a pleasure - he is professional, thorough and pays attention to detail. He kept me informed throughout the repair process and solicited my opinion at several important matters. I've only had the truck back a few days but, it looks great and runs perfect so far.

Tony was great! The car looks awesome and Tony communicated with us each step of the way. The car was detailed before it was given back and that was an additional pleasant surprise!

Hopefully I never see Tony again, but lf I do , he is my go to guy !!! Nice work very professional nice job , good team. Thank you very much !!
