Paint and Body Experts

Used Paint and Body Experts twice, both times they scored an A. professional, accommodating,timely and beautiful results.

As always mostly everything went just fine. The only suggestion that I have is that the time of completion of work only be provided to customers once the work has been completed, inspected and determined ready for delivery to the customer. Estimated completion times are fine but I would suggest that customers not be told a pickup time until after the final inspection has been completed. Once again, thanks for the great work!

Paint & Body Experts did another wonderful job. I love the texts that keep you updated. It is an easy experience which makes it great after having to go through the stress of an accident.

These guys and lady are the great!! Car looks brand new after an unfortunate crunch to the back right corner of my otherwise flawless GTI...these guys repaired it to the point of not knowing it was even ever there. Getting into an auto accident is always a very inconvenient experience. From dealing with insurance, having to rent a car, being without a vehicle for a period of time, all makes for a very uncomfortable situation. But, quite possibly, the worst part is trusting someone with your vehicle, and to fix it as close as it was before the accident. In this case, we put our trust in Paint & Body Experts. Next door is the shop, The Radiator Shoppe, where I’ve had all of my vehicles worked on mechanically, and it has always been a pleasurable experience. So I thought I would give it a shot. And they also happened to be a Geico shop which is my insurance carrier. From the very instant we dropped it off, to the time we picked it up, it was clear that we were in good hands. Phyllis contacted me or my wife on a daily basis with updates on progress. She coordinated with my insurance to ensure we had a rental until the truck was completed. Upon completion of the truck, we were notified to come pick it up. When we arrived I couldn’t believe my eyes, the truck was sitting out front in better condition than it was before the accident. Not only were the parts an exact match, they had detailed the truck from top to bottom, inside and out. When we went in to pick up keys, we finally met Phyllis for the first time face to face. It was the end of the day on a Friday and yet she still had a big smile on her face, a friendly attitude, and she was thrilled at our reaction to the truck. When she handed me the keys, she also handed us a gift bag with some of their merchandise inside. I couldn’t believe it. I didn’t foresee anything positive coming out of this accident, but Phyllis and the people at Paint & Body Experts went out of their way to make sure we were completely happy, and then some. We will never take our vehicles anywhere else, and I will strongly recommend their shop to anyone I know. We couldn’t be more happy with the attentive service, the positive attitude, or the thoroughness of their work. It is quite clear they take a great sense of pride in the wonderful service they provide.
