Just p/u today looks great , honestly, this is the first time I have used WEST SUFFOLK , I was extremely impressed with the handling of my immediate needs

The process was seamless. I was in and out when I dropped off the vehicle. The drop off including obtaining a rental was about 15 minutes. Everyone was courteous. The update text messages were nice to get. When we picked up the vehicle it was prepped like it was when we got it from the dealer. We were very impressed.

They made every step of the way soooo easy drop off my car the rent a car was there I was in and out. When I picked my car up the same thing one of the employees helped me transfer my things from the rent a car to my car I was in and out. Also they kept me informed by text throughout the process this was great because with my busy schedule I didn’t have to call daily and wait for an update. When my car was returned to me the car looked brand new. I would 100% recommend Weat Suffolk Auto Body to family and friends. Also the staff is amazing they treated me like I was a family member not a customer.
