We picked up my car at quitting time this afternoon; and my husband drove it home. While he drove it home he kept hearing a noise (like metal on metal rubbing together) and after getting it home he got under the car to see what was causing the noise. He noticed that my emergency brake cable mounting brackets were dangling (nobody bolted them back on)!! Then he took it around the block to make sure the noise stopped and indeed it was....but after taking it to get gas; he pulled my gas lever to open the gas door and it would not open. There was foam left in my gas door so he had to pry the door open and get the foam off.

Everyone there was really nice and they didn't want me to wait long so they worked together as a team to get me through the process. When step **** meeting with Geico agent was busy, they moved me to step 2 for rental car then back to step **** Geico. I would definitely recommend Franks Collision.
