The service surpasses prior experience I've had at any business. Thanks for your excellence! I posted the following as a 5 star online review: This was my first visit to Franks. My car came back cleaner (inside and out) than when i dropped it off. I have very high standards for businesses and I've never had better service or performance! They fixed vehicle damage quickly & prefectly, matching an expensive paint with no qualms. They finished the repairs 4 days early and were flexible. I received & returned my rental at the same facility as the repairs. I immediately checked my email for an (anticipated) survey from them when I got home so that I could rate them "excellent". Don't just complain about bad service- remember to commend good assistance also!
