Very high quality results in a timely manner. The electronic updates via email are a great idea but I wonder how accurate they are since the original estimated delivery date passed with no updates by either email or phone to inform of a delay. I wasn't in any rush so it was not a big deal to me but I did have to call myself to check on the status since I didn't want to have it completed and sitting in your way because I didn't know it was ready.
