My experience with this company has been a complete nightmare. The quality of work has been dissatisfied. My car has still not been completed, and the work that has been done has left additional damage to the car. I went with this company because it was what my insurance is associated with. I had trusted and put my faith that this would be a right option to pick because of the association my insurance company is with. Had I known that this was going to be the outcome, I would have chosen another body shop.

The repair is not completed to our satisfaction.
****) Underside of trunk lid where it contacted the damaged number was not repaired.
2) Trunk does not close properly.
3) Damage to a trim peace in the trunk was not repaired.
4) When there is a passanger in the front seat it flashes the service airbag system and doesnt register the seat belt is buckled. This was not the case prior to bringing the car in for repair.
